2. Please Use The School Diary As A Means Of Communication With The School By Checking The Remarks, If Any, Made By Teachers.

3. See That Your Ward Has All The Text-books, Items Of Stationery, Craft Materials. Ensure That Your Ward Comes To School In Properschool Uniform.

4. Please Attend Parent-Teacher Meetings. Sign The Test Copies/papers As And When Sent Home.

5. Intimate The Change Of Address And Telephone Number To The School Office.

6. Do Not Send Money Or Valuable Articles With The Students. The School Shall Take No Responsibility In Case They Are Lost.

Attendance

1. 75% Attendance Is Essential For Promotion To The Next Class.

2. It Is Compulsory For Students To Attend The School On The Last Day And The Starting Day After The Summer Vacation, The Pujavacation And The Winter Vacation.

3. No Leave Is Granted Except On Prior Application From Parents/ Guardians.

4. In Case Of Sickness, A Medical Certificate Of A Registered Doctor Is Essential.

5. School Management Will Only Permit The Student To Rejoin The School After Submission Of Medical Certificate If Student Comesfrom A Long Sickness.

Registration & Admission

Admission Is Open To All Irrespective Of Class, Creed And Community.

Documents Will Be Required For The Registration & Admission

      (i) Birth Registration Certificate.

      (ii) Two Passport Size Recent Photographs.

      (iii) The Latest Progress Report Of The Child From The School Last Attended.

      (iv) Trnasfer/Living Certificate From The School Last Attended.

      (v) Photocopy Of AADHAR Card Of Father And Mother.

1. Registration And Admission In School Will Commence From December of The Year. Parents Are Requested To Obtain Registration Form From The School Office Or Online.

2. The Registration Fee Is Neither Refundable Nor Transferable. Please Refer To Attached List For Fee Structure And Further Details.

3. Child's Performance In Admission Test Will Be The Sole Criteria Of Admission. Admission Test Will Be Conducted In The Month Of February/March each Year For The Session Starting From 1st Week Of April That Year. No Specific Syllabus Is Prescribed For Thetest, But A Candidate Must Have Sufficient Knowledge Of The Subjects Appropriate For The Class Lower Than That In Whichadmission Is Sought.

4. The Admission Card Will Be Issued To Parents Only After Forms Are Duly Filled And The Admission Formalities Are Completed.

5. Parents Are To Report To The Reception Counter On The Dates Specified In The Joining Instructions, Along With The Admission Card.The Ward Will Not Be Allowed To Attend Classes If The Admission Process Is Incomplete.
